What a week!

It has been a very busy several days around the Hall house. With both boys falling victim to RSV and ear infections, sleep has been missing around here. Might I had that I NEED some sleep! Not exactly how I wanted to start off the year, but thankfully they are now much better. Just an occasional wheeze and cough. Nothing a little Xopenex won't fix :)

We attempted to enjoy the BCS National title game with the Longhorns, but game time fell smack in the middle of bath and bedtime. Thank goodness for DVR's and the pause button! Although the boys were very geared up and put their best Horns forward, UT got beat by Alabama. Poor Daddy!

In other news, Keaton got his first tooth in!! And the second should be right behind it in the next couple of days. The teething didn't make him feel much better while he was sick but I suppose it was good that we got it all over with in one shot. I'll try to get a picture of it on here soon. We are getting ready to start solids next month. We'll see how that goes...

Landon's 3rd birthday is creeping up in the next few weeks. He's already picked out his Spiderman plates and napkins and is ready for Jumpin Jungle! Feb. 2nd is the real date. I think I'm going to surprise him and take some cupcakes to school for him. Maybe Spiderman cupcakes. He's been walking around today singing happy birthday to himself! Once he turns 3 we can start swimming lessons at the YMCA!

My Bible in 90 Days challenge is moving ahead. I always seem to fall a day behind but I'm caught up now. It has been very hard to find reading time with two needy kids this past week, but I'm thinking the enemy knows that and he's trying to use it to his advantage. Not happening! I'm also back on track with my healthy eating. I took a major hiatus during the holidays but now I'm back on track and getting ready for Mexico!!

We are also very ready for it to warm up so we can get out of the house! I would like to go to the zoo or somewhere for some fresh air. Some warmer fresh air. I don't really dig 32 degrees!

So that's the Halls weekly update! Stay tuned for more!
